Refund policy

ADV Energy Rentals does not sell products online. Everything in our catalogue is rental equipment quoted to the job by a rental coordinator, and no payment is taken through this website. This policy covers cancelling and returning a rental.

Cancelling a booking

Cancel any time before the truck is loaded and there is no charge. Once a unit has been loaded and is rolling, the delivery charge is billable.

Returning early

Units can come back early at any time. Rental charges stop the day the unit is returned to the yard or picked up by us, subject to any minimum term stated on your quote.

Equipment that arrives unfit

If a unit shows up unable to do the job, call 403-304-7706 or email service@advenergy.ca. We will repair it, swap it, or take it back, and you are not billed rental for time you could not use it.

Billing questions

Contact accounts@advenergy.ca or call 403-304-7706 within 30 days of the invoice date and a coordinator will go through it with you.
