These terms govern your use of the ADV Energy Rentals website. Equipment rentals are governed separately by our Rental Terms at /pages/rental-terms and by the written quote and rental agreement confirmed with a rental coordinator.

Who operates this site

This website is a rental catalogue and quote request tool operated by All-Day Ventures Limited, trading as ADV Energy Rentals, Bay 8, 6540 71 St, Red Deer, AB T4P 3Y7.

Nothing here is a price

No figure shown on this site is an offer or a quote. Rental rates depend on term, site and season, and are confirmed only in a written quote from a coordinator.

Availability

Unit counts, fleet numbers and availability shown on this site are indicative. Actual availability is confirmed by a coordinator at the time of booking.

Quote requests

Submitting a Quick Book inquiry does not reserve equipment and does not create a rental agreement. A rental exists only once ADV confirms it in writing.

Accuracy

We work to keep specifications, makes, models and fleet counts current, but we do not warrant that all content is free of error. Confirm any specification that matters to your job with a coordinator before dispatch.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to scrape content, submit false or automated inquiries, or interfere with its operation.

Third-party links

This site links to advequipment.ca and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
